About Kona Ocean Experience

Swim with dolphins and mantas! This is NOT your standard “pack-’em in” shoulder-to-shoulder dolphin swim. We provide a real experience, with plenty of time to enjoy swimming with wild dolphins, but also taking the time to explore the Kona Coast in search of any number of seasonal sea creatures such as sea turtles, pilot whales, humpback whales, spotted dolphins, hammerheads, etc. Our day time snorkel tours end with a relaxing swim in the pristine waters of Kealakekua Bay, often considered the best spot to snorkel in ALL Hawaii.

Because we limit our customers to six per boat, we have plenty of room, plenty of individual attention, and plenty of time (four hours) to ensure that we can get to everything and still have time to relax. Our snorkel tours are the premier product, with something for the entire family, and guaranteed to leave you longing to come back! Guaranteed dolphins and mantas!

Mantas & Spinner Dolphins in the Wild!

"Had the pleasure of recently booking two trips with Kona Ocean Experience. Did the dusk trip to see the mantas and a morning trip to go see the spinner dolphins. Both trips were great and well worth the price."
