About Kona Ocean Experience
Our small-group snorkel tours depart from Keauhou Bay, just minutes from “Manta Village” and other snorkel sites. This is NOT your standard “pack-‘em in” shoulder-toshoulder tour. We provide a real experience and adventure, with plenty of time to enjoy snorkeling while also taking the time to explore the Kona Coast in search of any number of seasonal sea creatures such as sea turtles, pilot whales, humpback whales and various types of wild dolphins.
Our daytime snorkel tour includes a relaxing opportunity to share a fruit platter while learning some Hawaiian history and culture beside the Captain Cook Monument. Kealakekua Bay and Honaunau Bay are considered two of the best spots to snorkel in all of Hawaii.
Our night-time snorkel tours offer a “once-in-alifetime” guided encounter with the magical and majestic mantas! Our vessels have comfortable seating under canopies and we offer individual attention, as well as sufficient time to see historical sites, make new discoveries, and still have time to relax.
